Study description

This project examines the determinants of a successful training program on capacity building for reducing tuberculosis and improving the use of HIV services among health workers. We are investigating the process of building capacity of health and safety personnel to conduct workplace assessments, and exposure incidents. This project contributes to the essential training program needed for the full study. To get more information on the program itself, visit the Workplace HIV/TB Certificate Program | South Africa page.
